RoyalT has the following Privacy and Security policy to demonstrate RoyalT’s promise to provide TOTAL privacy and TOTAL security to all of our customers. RoyalT has put in place policies and systems to protect customers during information gathering practices and transactions.
What personal information do we collect?
You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone numbers, when, for example, you become a RoyalT member when you make a purchase from us or subscribe to our newsletter. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you.
When you visit our website we may collect more information, such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the web page directing you, and your clicks and activity on our site.
Use of your information
RoyalT, a parent company of Banks Group Ltd, does not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We will only release account and other personal information if we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; assist court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of RoyalT Limited and its Parent Company Banks Group Ltd, our users, or others.
It is the policy of RoyalT to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, RoyalT will send out promotional material to its Newsletters subscribers promoting material related to RoyalT and/or Banks Group Ltd. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.
We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you.
Emailing Tools
RoyalT provides tools on its website to tell friends about products, and send out wish lists to friends and family. These tools must not be misused in any way to send spam or other content which would breach our privacy policy or Terms and Conditions. We do not permanently store, sell, or rent these email messages or the email addresses.
Membership Registration
Our site's registration form requires you to provide us with contact information and may also require demographic information. RoyalT may use your contact information to communicate with you when necessary.
Membership Removal
If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to info@RoyalT.co.nz with the subject line removal. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that you have been take off our database.
Updating Your Personal Information
RoyalT provides you with options and ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc. You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it. Delivery Address Details
RoyalT enables you to save one delivery address which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which must be your own. If you are unable to be present during the time of delivery the responsibility lies with you to provide a third party to receive the parcel.
Control of Your Password
All RoyalT customers are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your RoyalT password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy.
Credit Card Security
RoyalT constantly works diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including all credit card information.
Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via RoyalTs website; all transactions are processed through a totally secure payment service provider DPS Direct Payment Solutions. RoyalT uses DPS to provide this service and to host and manage the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card details are not held by RoyalT and cannot be accessed by RoyalT staff. However they may be held by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). RoyalT Gift Cards
RoyalT provides the facilities to present and redeem Gift Cards through the checkout system. Any Gift Card is to be used at the discretion of RoyalT. RoyalT also holds the right to terminate any Voucher which they believe is being misused. Please be careful to protect and not lose your Gift Card. RoyalT cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

To redeem the Gift Card, simply enter your card code and unique PIN in the fields provided at the time of purchase. This pre-paid Gift Card is redeemable for goods sold online at RoyalT.co.nz. The Gift Card value includes GST. Not redeemable for cash or another gift card. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon card expiry. Change will not be given. Void if altered or defaced. Will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation. Gift Cards hold no value until activated in the Issuers Gift Card system. You must spend all the value of the gift card on you order or forfeit the remaining value.
Cookies
RoyalT website uses a technology called cookies. A cookie is a small element of data that our website may send to your computer. RoyalT mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer 20min after you leave RoyalT.
