At RoyalT.co.nz our ambition is to make your delivery service as quick and hassle-free as possible. All orders are delivered via CourierPost for that personal door to door experience. 
You can personally monitor the progress of your order through your RoyalT.co.nz ‘My Account’ where the ‘Track & Trace’ details of your order are available and are also emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Please Note: RoyalT can not alter your order after confirmation has been sent.

Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to recieve your delivery. If this is a business address please provide the business name or building name.

NOTE: We do not ship to Private Bags or PO Box addresses.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING COSTS AND CALCULATIONS

Charges are calculated based on the amount of pairs you order and the delivery type of your choice; Standard or Priority delivery. Please refer to the following table and examples for specific information about each delivery type.

Note: Delivery charges include packaging, delivery and insurance within New Zealand only and are non-signature required.

For example: A Standard 2-3 Day Delivery of 3 pairs is $12.50 total; $7.50 for the first pair plus $2.50 for the second pair plus $2.50 for the third pair.

Standard 2-3 Day Delivery

Our Standard Delivery Service currently provides your order delivery within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents for orders with payment received before 2pm on weekdays. Charges: $7.50 for first pair, $2.50 for each additional pair.

Priority Delivery

Next business day delivery to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before 2pm on weekdays. Charges: $12.50 for first pair, $2.50 for each additional pair.

Please note: Priority Delivery is not available on public holidays.

Tracking Your Order (available for New Zealand orders only)

The ‘Track and Trace’ details of your order are emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can find out the status of your order online by visiting www.courierpost.co.nz and entering your tracking code (provided in your order dispatch email). RoyalT endeavour to have the majority of orders received by 2pm shipped on the same business day. Track your order

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery times as noted above for Standard and Priority delivery are; Standard (2-3 Days) and Priority (1-2days). The majority of orders received before 2pm NZ time will be shipped the same business day. If you received your RoyalT email order confirmation before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. A small number of orders require extra processing time for a variety of reasons; these orders will be shipped the following business day. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

Please note: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Sold Out or Out of Stock Items

The stock displayed on RoyalT.co.nz is what we currently have on hand. RoyalT does not backorder items unless specifically requested by contacting our customer service team; call 0800 ROYALT (769 258) or email info@RoyalT.co.nz

However, in the unfortunate circumstance that you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, our customer service will attempt to contact you immediately.

Insurance
