I guess you hear that all the time. I came across apon your website looking for kids shoes earlier in the week and what a revelation. Just wanted to say thank you so much. My shoes were waiting for me at work this morning and they were just perfect. Wore them all day.
I just wanted to say thanks - firstly for the awesome shoes but secondly for the fantastic service, packaging and website.
We're so limited with shoe shop choice down here I'll be telling everyone.

I was super impressed with the level of service from Royal IT and the entire online purchasing process. I placed my order yesterday at lunch time and my shoes where sitting on my desk first thing this morning! That's outstanding. And the whole way through the process I was kept informed so my expectations where managed well.

This is a big thank you for your wonderful service.

Last week I called to say that a pair of gumboots that I had puchased for my grandson had split down the side. The lady who I spoke to advised that she would send me a courier ticket and that I was to send the boots back and she would see if these were still in stock and if so would send me a new pair or refund my money. The courier ticket arrived, on Wednesday I posted the boots back on Thursday and this morning Monday I received a pair of new boots.

This is what I call awesome customer service as all this was done within 7 days and no fuss at all.
I am so impressed with you service that I will be singing your praises to all in sundry.

We tried to buy these shoes locally and were meet with nothing but hard work. Buying them from RoyalT's online store was easier than buying them from a shop, and substancially better service.

I was thrilled to discover such an international standard of quality for an online store in New Zealand, from what I've seen and experienced you guys have done everything right.
